Returns/Faulty Goods Policy

If your device is supplied on our Managed Print Service Agreement then we will repair the device without additional charge throughout the term of the agreement.  In the unlikely event we are unable to repair in a timely manner a replacement will be provided.  Please see our Managed Print Service Agreement for terms and conditions.

Returns/Faulty Goods Policy for items not covered under our Managed Print Service Agreement

For all other goods not supplied under our Managed Print Service Agreement we always aim to resolve any concerns or technical issues that you may have.  In the first instance please contact our technical team on 020 3642 9687 who will be happy to assist.  You will be offered a replacement or repair under the manufacturers warranty (usually 12 months).

Damaged Goods

You must report damaged goods within two days of receipt by calling 020 3642 9687 or emailing  We will send a replacement once the item has been returned and the damage inspected.

Faulty Item/Suspected Fault

Call Technical Support on 020 3642 9687.  Items which are faulty must be returned within the warranty period (usually 12 months). If a fault is diagnosed by either our or the manufacturers Technical Teams we will provide a replacement within 7 working days provided items are in stock.

Missing or Incorrect Items

In the unlikely event that you receive the incorrect or incomplete goods that do not match those you have ordered you must contact us on 020 3642 9687 within 2 days of receiving your order.  In the event of non-delivery you must contact us within 3 days of when you expected to receive your order.

Suitability of Goods

You should check specifications and suitability before ordering.

Goods are not sold on a trial basis.

Return of Unwanted/Incompatible Goods

Business users: The return of goods is entirely at our discretion. Where we do agree to the return of goods to Business users you will be charged an administration charge of 20% plus the original and return carriage charge.
Consumers (a person purchasing for their own private, non-business use): If within 7 working days of receipt of your goods you wish to return them and cancel your order, you should call us on 020 3642 9687 and you must confirm your request in writing (letter or email) a phone call on its own is not sufficient.  Email  Returns of unwanted goods are conditional on them being unused, unopened and in resalable condition.  Unwanted goods are returned at buyers cost.
